Pricing - Jerusalem

Memberships are personal and non-transferable. A membership used by someone other than its owner will be canceled immediately, with no compensation. Transferring a membership to another person requires Urban Climbing's approval, and one month will be deducted for each transfer.

Freezing a membership:

1. Only 3-, 6-, and 12-month memberships can be frozen.
2. Minimum freeze period - 14 days (a freeze of under 14 days will be canceled).
3. A membership cannot be frozen retroactively.
4. A membership cannot be frozen on a day it was used.
5. An annual membership can be frozen for up to a year; a 6-month membership for up to 6 months; a 3-month membership for up to 3 months.

Canceling a membership:

A 3-month, 6-month, or annual membership can be canceled - the cancellation takes effect from the month following the cancellation notice. Billing for any month already used reverts to the standard monthly membership rate.
