In order to serve you efficiently and faithfully, please make sure to carefully read the following registration and payment procedures:

A. Duration of the activity:

The annual activity runs for 12 months (1/7 to 30/6).

B. General:

1. Every participant requires a signed parental consent form. It can be signed during registration.
2. Required equipment:
   1. Climbing shoes - mandatory.
   2. Water bottle.
   3. Liquid chalk - recommended.
3. Training will run as usual during school holidays. We place great importance on continuity. Exceptions are noted in the class holiday/vacation schedule shown on the Urban Climbing website.
4. Team training takes place on Sundays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, grouped by age (birth year) - the weekly schedule is on the Urban Climbing website. Ages 9 to 11 - three weekly one-hour sessions. Above age 12 - three weekly sessions of an hour and a half.
5. Development Squad training takes place on Mondays and Thursdays, grouped by age (birth year) - the weekly schedule is on the Urban Climbing website. Two weekly one-hour sessions.
6. Joining the Development Squad or the Team is possible through one of three tracks:
   1. Climbers moving up from a previous year's team - automatically.
   2. After passing team tryouts held at the end of the summer break.
   3. After passing an individual team suitability assessment held for applicants.
7. Development Squad and Team participation includes an Urban Climbing membership (Rehovot and Jerusalem).
8. Development Squad participation includes 2 outdoor training sessions, and Team participation includes 9 outdoor training sessions. Outdoor training sessions take place at other walls and crags around the country.
9. Team participation requires taking part in at least four competitions during the year. Registration is done through the Maccabi Yehuda Rehovot association. Competition dates will be published during the year.
10. Staying in touch with parents matters to us. Regular updates are sent through a WhatsApp group - it is the parents' responsibility to join the group and stay updated. We ask that you avoid sending excessive messages, so parents can stay attentive to messages in the group.

C. Price:

1. The price is for 12 months:
   1. For Development Squad children: 650₪ per month + 105₪ for outdoor training.
   2. For Team children up to age 12: 750₪ per month + 470₪ for outdoor training.
   3. For Team children above age 12: 950₪ per month + 470₪ for outdoor training.
2. The price includes:
   1. Training as detailed above, and a membership from the registration date until 30/6.
   2. Outdoor training sessions.
   3. An Urban Climbing club shirt.
   4. Parents benefit - an introductory monthly subscription at 82₪.
   5. Friends benefit - once a month, free entry for a friend (not including shoes).
   6. Guest benefit - free entry for a friend who hasn't climbed with us before (not including shoes).
   7. For team children - an entry booklet to our partner walls around the country.
3. Additional payments:
   1. Membership in the Maccabi Yehuda Rehovot association / membership in the Israel Climbing Association.
   2. Participation fees for at least four competitions during the year (the participation price is set by the federation and paid once competition dates are published).

D. Payment terms:

1. Team payments are made upon joining, in credit card installments, from the date of joining until the end of the activity year.
2. There is no option to pay monthly.

E. Cancelling participation:

1. Cancellation mid-year - a charge for a partial year will apply, plus a one-month cancellation fee in addition to the month in which the cancellation was notified.
2. No refund for outdoor training payments.
3. No refund for association membership and competition fees.
4. No retroactive cancellation or refund.
5. No cancellation after 31/3.
