In order to serve you efficiently and faithfully, please make sure to carefully read the following registration and payment details:

A. The activity:

1. Each class session lasts 60 minutes.
2. Maximum group size is 7-10 children per instructor (depending on the children's age).
3. The activity runs throughout the year (the class year runs from 1/9 to 31/7).
4. As part of registering for classes, you are required to register the child as a member of the Israel Sport Climbing Association. An explanation of the registration, price, and why it's worthwhile appears at the end of the registration process (it's worth waiting for).

B. General:

1. All class participants require a signed parental consent form. Signed during registration.
2. Required equipment: climbing shoes - mandatory (free rental until the 4th session; a special discount on buying climbing shoes for class children - see section C-3). Water bottle. Chalk - not mandatory but recommended.
3. During school holidays, classes will run as usual, except as noted in the holiday schedule shown on the Urban Climbing website (class prices already take these holiday days into account).
4. Staying in touch with parents matters to us. Regular updates are sent through WhatsApp groups. It is the parents' responsibility to join the class group to stay updated.

C. Discounts and benefits for class participants:

1. 20% discount for a second child or more in a class from the same household.
2. Special subscription price of 82₪ per month or part of a month (from the date of joining until the end of the year).
3. A 50₪ discount is given on buying climbing shoes for class children.
4. An introductory monthly subscription for a parent at a symbolic price of 82₪ (can be used at any point during the year).

D. Trial month:

1. The first four sessions are a trial month.
2. Until the 4th session, climbing shoe rental is free of charge.
3. For those purchasing an add-on subscription - climbing shoe rental is also free for entries outside the class itself, until the 4th session!

E. Absences and changes:

1. Payment for the activity is by full calendar months, and a participant will not be credited for partial participation.
2. In case of absence from a class, for any reason, the participant may attend open climbing on a different day instead.
3. In principle, it is possible to join another group in the same month, for a guided lesson, by prior arrangement only and subject to available space.

F. Payment terms:

1. Price of the activity for those registering until the end of the year: 360₪ per month. Subscription add-on: 82₪ per month.
2. Payments for classes are made upon joining, in credit card installments, until the end of the activity year.
3. A trial lesson costs 135₪, paid in advance, subject to available space.

G. Cancelling participation:

1. Cancellation after 31/3 - no refund will apply.
2. Cancellation up to the day of the 4th session (the trial month) - the customer will be refunded for the remaining months of the year, except for 400₪.
3. Cancellation after the 4th session - the charge will apply to the month in which the cancellation request was received and to the following month (the spot is held in the class until the end of the paid period), plus a 10₪ credit-card cancellation fee.
